Nothing beats having a sleep consultant by your side to tackle the night shift with you! Get real-time answers for every challenge and the continuing support you need for lasting sleep success.

From 6 PM to 6 AM on your first night of sleep coaching, Arlene offers in-person support (in the Barrie area) or virtual support via today’s technology.

This 12-hour overnight support includes:

  • Room and Sleep Space Assessment: A physical evaluation to ensure your child’s environment supports healthy sleep.
  • Bedtime Routine Coaching: Guidance through a structured bedtime routine for a smooth start.
  • Real-Time Support: Assistance with the first bedtime put-down and overnight wake-ups.

If you’re feeling anxious about making sleep changes, this program provides hands-on help to set you up for success and start seeing improvements right away!

In just two weeks, your child will learn to fall asleep independently, sleep 10–12 hours a night, and follow a schedule that supports their growing mind and body.

The program also includes:

  • Preliminary Sleep Evaluation: A review of your child’s sleep habits, history, current challenges, and your goals.
  • 90-Minute Virtual Consultation: Conducted via phone or your preferred video platform (e.g., FaceTime, Google Meet).
  • Custom Sleep Plan: Tailored strategies for your child’s specific needs.
  • Customized Family Tools: Resources to build and maintain healthy sleep habits.
  • Three 15-Minute Follow-Up Calls: Ongoing support during the first 10 days.
  • Daily Sleep Log Review: Regular feedback to track progress and make adjustments.
  • 14 Days of Sleep Coaching Support: Comprehensive assistance, with options for additional support if needed.
  • “Keep Sleep” Handbook: Your guide to maintaining great sleep habits through milestones, illness, and transitions.
